1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 2 - 3 days of purchase.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
Custom-made or personalized products
Opened or used paints, glues, or other perishable craft supplies
Clearance or final sale items
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service at info@artocean.store to initiate a return.
2. Ship the item back to us at Art Ocean, TF 30-31, Bakrol Square, Bakrol 388315, Anand, Gujarat, India. (shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility).
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your return.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 3 – 7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If an item is damaged during transit, please provide photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
To cancel an order, contact us at info@artocean.store as soon as possible.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only.
If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours for an exchange or refund.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if items are not returned in acceptable condition.
If a refund is delayed beyond the standard processing time, please contact your bank or payment provider.
