Custom or handmade products may take additional processing time, which will be informed to you by mail.

International Shipping: 10-20 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized items.

We ship to international destinations.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

For lost shipments, we will assist in tracking your package, but responsibility ultimately lies with the courier.
